What if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson?
We always go out of our way to meet our students and offer to cancel/reschedule classes free of charge if you notify us at least one hour before the lesson. If you need to reschedule the lesson due to illness, please contact a manager. In other cases, this can be done via our chatbot.
